FPS is not changing when I /fpslimit even when frame limiter is on? Can anyone help?!

Just enter Documents > GTA SA User files > SAMP > open the sa-mp document below chatlog w notepad > change fps limit to 100 and voila. Also, you can try and change the multicore to 0 if its 1 or 1 if its 0, in case you're having random major fps drops. And make sure frame limiter is enabled
