A few newbie questions

Hey guys,
I would very much like to (role)play on your server, I just have a couple of very innocent questions

1) Is the server still active?... What's the typical players count for the server at peak time?
2) Why are you using GTA San Andreas and not GTA V? Is there a plan to move to the new GTA or perhaps to another engine like Arma 3?
3) If I play a Russian "mafia-man", do I need to know Russian? I actually happen to know Russian but I don't know what to expect of other player-characters.
4) Is there some sort of proximity-based voice chat system being employed or is the RP done with purely with text?

So that's it, these are my question

1) yes kinda active, kinda not active. Its like neutral. And most of the players player around 16:00 ig time

2) still there is no sign of switching to gta or to some other platform

3) Just knowing some keywords/slang terms is more than enough

4) RP is done purely by text

1) Yes, this server still active. There's like more than 100 players.
2) I'm using GTA SA because it's fun. And no, there's no plan to move to the new GTA or perhaps to another engine like Arma 3 as I know.
3) You don't need to say some Russian words, just add [Russian Accent] and it will be fine. Keep it in ENGLISH.
4) Purely with text.

1) Yes the server is still active reaching 100-130+.

2) It will remain on GTA San Andreas and will not move to any other type of GTA or any other engine available.

3) You don't need to know Russian, you can say words like comrade, dasvidania, cyka etcetera... with english letters, but you can't speak Russian all the time, English is a priority, you can use /accent Russian to set your accent as a Russian one.

4) The only voice chat system allowed is actually for SAPD/SASF as a patrol frequency through discord. Other than that it's purely texting.
