problem with timecyc i think?

So my gta started fucking up the past few days, i've deleted it and downloaded everything from start,
now whenever i aim too low, the floor disappear... i think it might be related to timecyc,
anyone have an idea how to fix it?

you just need to have asi.loader and copy&paste that flickr asi in game directory
