Aim is freezing/hard to shoot

Hello guys, my aim is kinda freezing/hard to shoot. I made a thread before where i mentioned that my aim gets hard when i record, now i'm not recording but the same thing is happening again. i'm not able to shoot, i've tried different sensitivity but the issue is still repeating, please help

stop using touch
pad, they get rusty and stop working with time xD
get a fucking 5 dollar mouse and you will see the difference
