So i have the highest video resolution ig and my graphic card is perfectly fine. At first i always used to crash when there was an explosion, now i crash without even an explosion or anything just on it's own and i took another gta but happens the same, anyone has any idea how to fix this?

Well try removing all the mods and use vanilla GTA, if your game does not crash, try re-installing your mods one by one and check your game after each mod, if you start to after a specific mod, don't use it.

Yea it was the mod's fault. I thought it's not because my friend had the same thing and he never crashed but seems like that was the issue, thanks solved.
