pc problem

hello, since there's many here know how to solve pc problems.
so i just have a problem about BIOS or smth called like this when i just press on START Button in the pc, it say BIOS info or smth like this cant remember, also after this my gta 70/60 fps lmao
so i want help, thanks in future.
