Quick tips for beginners
With the change of the requirements for joining factions, new players are mostly engaging with factions within their first day on this server. In some way, we can all understand them, they just want to have fun. By that, some of them aren't informed about some obligations within the ruleset they have got to follow. That is the reason why I have decided to make a list that is quick to be read and contains tips that a player is required to know while he is performing his daily activites around the town.
IC - In character
-These are the chats you use within your daily activites that are connected to your character and what it's about. It contains regular commmunation, radio and phone communication, advertisements etc.
OOC - Out of character
-These are the chats that aren't always connected to your character, which are used to talk about literally anything you'd like. (There are exceptions of course - explained below.)

Tips:
--You cannot shoot other people without a valid in character reason( examples: robberies, car stealing, turfs your faction is involved in). Also you cannot shoot members of legal enforcement agencies before you have started the robbery of the certain business/house.
--You cannot give others information about the situation you have last died in (nor in character or out of character).
--Radio communication is used for in character communication, it means you cannot use it to comment the situations you've died in or other out of character information. (frequency 696969 is included).
--Usage of emoji's or abbreviations is considered as mixing if you use them in character.
--Even tho you can see the name of some people, in character you do not know them before the certain person introduces themself to you. It means you cannot call them by their name, search for them using it just because you saw it above their head.
--For legals: you cannot involve yourself in a turf just because you have seen it being taken on the map or you have seen multiple vehicles driving around that location.
--You cannot return to the place of your death until the certain situation is over. It includes the situations when those are happening at the place where you're being spawned. In these situations you are required to just wait for it to be over, inside the house/headquarters. (It would not be bad to use /fall so the involved persons would know you have already died.)
--While being arrested, there is no need to comment the situation OOC (it mostly happens within the usage of /b or /pm). Say anything you have to say IC and just follow the instructions or don't, depends what you want your character to be like. Even if you think that some officer/soldier has done something incorrectly, ask him to call the supervisor or take evidence and fill a report to the internal affairs department using formats on these links. --Quitting during arrest is not allowed, doing so will get you admin jailed for 120 or 240 minutes. So, for your own good, do not waste your time by quitting during these situations because it would not save your weapon/driver license or illegal substances you have on your character. These things are being taken anyways, even when you have already been ajailed.
Reading these tips will take 2 minutes of your time, but these will make you ready to enjoy your time on this server and avoid unnecessary punishments for various violations of the ruleset.
