I don't know how to player IM:RP properly

As the Subject, I really don't know how could I play IM:RP properly. There is a thing that lead me to this thought is what should I do when there is less players of the server? I really don't know just hanging around. Could you share your thought? About the thing you are interested at.

These organizations are constantly posting advertisements(green text on your screen, with the number to call). By joining these, you will always have something to do, trust me.

People usually prefer illegal ones, but it's your choice....As level 1 it is easier for you to join illegal ones, as an outsider. Joining these will also help you make companions with which you can hang around when you're bored..
