GTA:SA is a game released in 2001 which was not designed to work with the current hardware and Windows versions. On top of that, SA-MP is a mod that hasn't been maintained since 2014 and relies on memory hacking to introduce multiplayer to GTA:SA. Then finally, a lot of mods are poorly written and conflicting with each other.
Then for IM:RP itself, there are literally tens of thousands of features, all of which depend on each other. Changing one of them often impacts hundreds of others. The codebase for just the server alone currently has 247,208 lines of code (excluding third-party dependencies), then there is also the UCP, the forums, the launcher, our own mods, and the countless helper scripts we're using.
And finally, a lot of players are playing on broken or outdated machines, some of them still running Windows 7/8 with a lot of crashes and incorrect configurations (not just IM:RP). It's nearly impossible to fix and support all of them.
This is why we ask you to be patient and report these bugs with as much information as possible. Don't just say "this is bugged help", write a clear message (and preferably a forum post!) with steps to reproduce the issue so developers can easily fix it when they have time.
