Well, I have tried to uninstall and install the game 5 times , did'nt work. I don't run the game in admin mode, I run it in compatility mode. I don't have windows vista , I have Windows Home Premium.
Such a cute whiner.

If you have windows XP, change the directory of GTA SAN Andreas and try running it again.
If windows 7, try to run it as administrator.
If windows 7, try to run it as administrator.
