You need to extract it to your GTA Installation folder

My GTA is not installed.
I just extracted it and play.

Then for sure it will give you errors; cause the program loads GTA map by GTA installation, install the GTA SA; and try the MAP Editor again.

hmmm try unistal gta samp and mad editor unistal all and reinstal but rember put low graphics setings in gta for work awesome mad editor try it .

Did that. Still same.

nstall race v1.1.1 first and then without deinstalling 1.1.1 install 1.1.2 in the exact same folder as 1.1.1.

That was the easier way; Alternativly you can do:
1. rename the "editor" folder to "map_editor"
2. copy the models folder from MTA San Andreas\mods\map_editor\ to MTA San Andreas\mods\race\
3. create \mods\map_editor\maps
try and this
and if you have cleon delete it and put another d3d9.dll.
