    It's windowed mode.

    Download this and stick the D3D9.DLL file into your GTA SA directory.
    Then it's done.

    Indeed simply press alt+enter and you can adjust the size of the window by your one taste

    This is the solution but, you must first lower your game resolution to 800x600 else if you run the game with resolution of , for example "1280x1024x32" it won't work, so you have to change it to 800x600 before you copy that dll file into your GTA SA directory. There is no other way to do.
