Abbrevations in SMS?

So, I've been wondering for such a long time why we're not able to use '' , LOL '' etc. in SMS? It's totally not non-RP or mixing. You use those abbrevations IRL and we should be able to use it.

Now, i'm not sure if it's rulebreaking, but if it is, it's totally BS.
