According to your profile, you're not. If you've donated for the server, private-message woot with your transaction ID and ask him to invite you to the user-group.

There is another way but it often works: gently ask K3lroy, Ozzy or woot to change your name.

You must be a donator, if you donate contact woot to add you to the group, then check the UCP.
