IP Ban Issue

I am relatively new to this game and not sure if this is the correct way to make this post but. I was banned by the server a few hours ago and to my knowledge I dont know why. Is there a way I can be unbanned?? Please Help.

It was probably a bug-ban, due to a new update several players were banned wrongly by this bug.
Go to the following link and Appeal a Ban - viewforum.php?f=19

Paste the format here, fill it out and post the thread - posting.php?mode=post&f=19

You did it correct, but a screenshot is required. Did you take a SS of the actual ban? If you did on top this page click 'File Upload' and upload the SS there, then edit your ban appeal and paste the link that you uploaded.
If you didn't SS the ban, login game now and SS it because

If you don't have a screenshot of the ACTUAL BAN, you will in some cases not be unbanned. Your ban will ALWAYS be extended by one week if you do not have a screenshot of the ban.

Admins have to check it , and they will unban you
