Robbing in public places latenight.

Well I want to know if it is forbidden to rob in front of mainbank and in carlot latenight, like at 3am.... I alrady saw an admin saying in the report a player section that is accepted, however I also saw other admin saying I would be ajailed for it.

Since I don't like to know situations that admins have different judgements, I would like to clarify this so I can know how to act from now on.

IMO, it should be allowed latenight. At least in my country at 3am banks are closed and have no police/securities, and same goes to the populated places at daylight.

almost every player on IM doesnt know that there are CCTV cameras and they just rob, without mask or anything to cover his face.

Well but you can't acuse of it being non RPish to rob in such public places if they are empty and without any authority supervision.

An admin should really reply, but I think there is no rule stated about robbing at these places in late nighht, so probably allowed.

It's not about if it's at night or not, robbing in public places is not allowed not because it's a public place but because it'll almost ruin the role-plays going in that place and a massive shootout will start where even people that are not involved will pretend they are and attack.

Well, this is about at night not in general. Because I certainly know for I don't see 1 or more person at the bank or car lot at 3AM+. Paco I know what you mean and I PMed Bill Davis about it but he said he agrees what he said..

Even if there's one person I consider it not allowed because first of all the rule was not set for it and second of all, when admins announced it over /o they'd say the exceptions.

@ Aleya what Bill as said is that it is forbidden.... so in PM he said he still agrees that it's forbidden...

Now forgetting the rules or whatever, the sense of not being able to rob in such places are because usually they are a lot populated and there's suppose to be security and police around. Late night nobody walks around such places and there's no extra authority there. So.... it should be allowed to rob there as well....

Robbing at car-lot is not allowed but because it was at 4 A.M. and it was dark ( means no-one could see you propperly ) so it seemed pretty fair to me that they could rob you.

I verbally warn you by these for going OOC in an IC situation, this is not allowed and doing so will get you punished.

No action taken.

Subject: Angelo DiNapoli reporting Jhordan_Brown for PG

The next time you rob someone in public areas such as the mainbank you will get punished for non-rp. I know this is a bit unclear, that is why i tell you this now and wont jail you this time.

Both parts broke a server rule here so I leave this without taking any action(s).

So here we have 2 different judgments for the same situation. I would like to know if I should consider that it is allowed or it is not allowed... At this moment I don't know if I should do it or not.

No matter what time it is it, will always be people or come people to the mainbank or at least drive by as the mainroad ends there. However we are discussing this in the a-section now and working on it. I am pretty sure the management team will update the rules or add an announcement about this soon. Untill then I recommend you do not rob in public places such as mainbank.
