/rentroom is the command.

Like Aleya said, /rentroom. You do it at a House icon (either blue or green), whenever the house is for rent. When it IS for rent you will see the rentprice at the icon. If it's not for rent you'll either see "666$" or simply nothing

When you're renting in a house, you'll spawn there.
