Unable to import my TS ID.

Hey,
I don't know why but after successfully following the process, I wasn't able to import my ID from a computer to another. Screenshots aren't needed because I am definitely sure that I did nothing wrong. I asked support in TS forums 2 days ago and they had this stupid feature where you need a moderator to approve your topic to get it published.

If you did nothing wrong then it would surely work.
Maybe screenshots *would* help.

PS. Nando granted me my powers back but I still want to find a solution for this so it won't happen again in the future.
