You don't see the advantages from jumping from building to building? Along with taking no damage? Not to mention running up walls.

Are you sure you watched that whole video?

It will cause desynchronization to other players.
For example while you're jumping with this mod, they'll see you standing in one place while you see yourself moving away. So they wont be able to hit you or anything similar
