Are you asking for the rules of blackjack and roulette?

If so, do not apply until you know the basic rules of which ever one you want to be a dealer in.

What is beneficial?

It depends, it is gambling, you could deal all day and end up $20m richer, or $20m poorer, it just all depends on your luck.

Also, it is not "what one is better", it is how much you decide to apply for to deal. e.g. You could apply to deal $1m - $10m or just $500k - $2m, it is all up to you.

Just do not scam.

I dont think its dosent matter, you can do both anyways, I have seen people doing roulette and blackjack. Blackjack is a different game and roulette is also a different game. you play on the one you are firmiliar with. It all depends on luck.

Blackjack and roulette are two different games that are played in a casino. Blackjack is a gambling card game in which players try to acquire cards with a face value as close as possible to 21 without going over. Roulette is a casino game in which players may choose to place bets on either a single number or a range of numbers, the colors red or black, or whether the number is odd or even. To determine the winning number and color, a dealer spins a wheel in one direction, then spins a ball in the opposite direction around a tilted circular track running on a roulette table that is found in casinos.. The ball eventually slows down and falls on to the wheel and into one of 37 colored and numbered pockets on the wheel. Rules and more info about these games can be found here.

In ItalyMafia, if you want to host blackjack or roulette games in a casino, you need permission from the Head of Casinos i.e zaider. So if you are a dealer, you will be able to use the commands either /blackjack or /roulette or both as granted permission from zaider. So if you win, you get all the money the other player has betted. If you lose, you need to pay him back the amount rules mention. Mathematically, the dealer has more chance to become successful in a game and is more likely to become rich. Also, if you are a dealer, you can host games anytime whereas if you are a player, you need to find a dealer to play.

I hope I made it clear. If you have any more concerns, then feel free to submit them here.
