How to appear the start menu it's disappear when i open Google chrome then i need to Tab to another thing to found it again

the start menu is already appear but not when i open google chrome i need to open the desktop or My Computer or any thing to make it appear just on Google Chrome

So basically Google Chrome is in full screen or what exactly?
Try pressing F11 (Enables/disables full-screen)

as Razor said Post SS.. but i think you have to Press F11 to Disable Full Screen.
