Exactly, members who are new to this community may be confused and/or unsure about the usergroup coloring system. Or even for designers who want to know what colors are used and thus they can adjust their products to the usergroup's color.

Well yeah. But basically if you don't view member's post or profile directly, this would be useful.
I actually made this guide after I visited an other forum and was unsure about what color is belonged by what group.

And as I already mentioned, it could serve designers as well.
