Is it allowed to have a First person sight mod on IM?

The mod itself doesn't give any advantages as far as I can see, but the problem is the abuses it comes with. I've used a similar one that only gave first person view in vehicles, however there were many abuses that came with it which is why it wouldn't be allowed.
Edit: By abuses I mean the range and accuracy your weapons will have and other features.
