I honestly didn't understand you clearly, but correct me if my answer if wrong:

We no longer accept custom mapping for houses / businesses. They quite simply ruin Los Santos.

=> Old house-mappings/movements won't be removed or will expire because people donated and payed money for them already. It won't be fair to remove them.
