As the title says how can I tune my hotring. I need only nitro to be honest.

You've to ask an admin to add NOS/Hydraulics.

I think as if it's not possible at the tune shop, you should request a lead admin + to implented it in, if he'll want to do it. That's as far as I know it mate. I hope someone will be able to offer you a better answer.

It is not possible to mod a hotring on any of the transfenders, you can mod the wheels as Kyle stated above.
If you want Nitro/Hydralique 'n such, you will need a Head Admin or above to install it in your Hotring.
