SA-MP Starting problem/s.

Yo!
As you can see my activity is low because of some SA-MP starting problems. I really want to play again but my SA-MP can't start.

1st. problem:

-Downloaded GTA, direct play, but I've tried to start it and nothing happens, it starts to load and then stops.
Note: Tried to run it in both modes (as administrator and standard user)

-This happens when I press "Connect"

2nd. problem
-Downloaded it with pack of standard installation and when I open the file with the installation, the setup icon should be like this: and it's like this , it's not an download problem, this's the 100 download pack of so many different torrents and it doesn't works. The pack always looks like this:

P.S: I still haven't tried with CD cos no-one uses CD's anymore and it's hard to find.

The most possible reason is that gta_sa.exe is running in your background as a process, so you have to stop it from running. To do that, press CTRL + ALT + DELETE, open task manager, go to processes and find gta_sa.exe, end it
If that didnt help you do the following

Delete gta_sa.set from my documents, after you do it open gta sa single player just to get a new gta_sa.set file, then you can play samp

Also, delete d3d9.dll if you have it in your gta sa directory, dont run gta sa/ samp in compability mode

Fixed, he was online and I asked him IG, he told me that deleting gta_sa.set fixed his problem

Once again, he was yesterday online IG, I asked him if it's fixed and he said it's fixed, he deleted the gta_sa.set and that fixed his problem
