Sorry guys just new and trying to get into the game, GTA SA is around 4.5GB I have only 500MB left at the moment on my bootcamp but it has a 40GB capacity. I barley have anything downloaded so I have no clue what is taking up all that space can anyone give me a hand on how to clean up a hard drive or anything to create more space?

You need to format and re-install Windows from what I know. You'll choose how you want to share the space for your c/ and d/ hard-drives in the process of installation.
Or simply delete everything you don't need, especially your Downloads folder as it surely contains so much useless stuff taking many gbs.

Use magicdisk to separate your local disk; so make the C:/ Drive 30gb and the other one 10gb if your HD is just 40gb capatiable; and yeah delete some unnecessary programs and files.

Use treefinder to find the largest progrems that you are not using. Then just delete them and don't forget to remove it from your bin, and voila. More space. But, you cant add another 100 GB or something to your hard drive. If you want that you have to buy a new one.

I'm pretty sure you have installed cleaner on your PC, it's located in your start menu. You can delete all of the useless programs and tidy up your PC and have more free space in order to install more important programs for you. You can also re-install your Windows as a helper stated. This will help you as well. You can use space converts and convert your disk :C/:D. That's all.

Burn all your photos and documents to CD's or DVD's then delete them. If you installed programs or games from a CD, uninstall the ones you rarely use.

It sounds like you have unallocated storage on your HDD.
Go into your computer management - go to storage - disk management - you should see "Unallocated" space after your "C" drive. Right click on it and mark it as active/or create a new simple volume and assign a drive letter to it..
If that does not help or work, find a way to allocate unallocated space for your OS.
