I worked for this mooney 1 mounth and in 1 minutes one player scam me and i losses My mooney...I waiting 2 days.Perpetrators going to get out??:S.I loss 3.3m NO 3.3k.

Only lead admins + are able to handle refund requests, as you know they got a lot of other tasks as well. You just have to be patient.

You cannot simply hire Lead Admins (+). An admin should go through out a long lasting process before becoming Lead Admin (+).reks10 wrote:Why not hire more people to become more faster?
The current management contains 4 members. They are in charge of checking up the support tickets and replying to them. Therefore you can not boost them up. The entire process may take a while. Be patient !
