I tried to install a ENB in my GTA SA, but after doing it, I tried to log into my account and then it crashes. Anyone know why it happens?

Probably corrupted ENB, try another one.

Maybe you are using wrong version of ENB?
Or you dont have DirectX installed and Net Frameworks?__________________

Do you have a SAMP compatible ENB?

Maybe you used a version which is incompatible with samp?
Or maybe you deleted some of the dx.dll files ( d3d9.dll, d3dx9_26, d3dx9_31 and so on )

EDIT:
Turn off Frame Limiter too ( ESC --> options --> display --> advanced --> frame limiter off )

Fixed, I just removed all I putted in GTA SA folder, but guys do you have some ENB with darker color mod? I wanna put that in my GTA SA but i don't know how to.

It's impossible to don't have the DirectX on your PC; update the latest version here; www.windows.com

When I tried to put the ENB given by Vlatko, an error occur and it says that the program can't start becasue d3dx9_40.dll is mising from my computer.

Than run it as administrator; right click > properties > compatibility; chose run as administrator on both, gta_sa.exe and samp.exe.

Did it and the new error says: Unable to execute.
