Everytime I attempt to launch GTA San Andreas I get this error ^.

No clue, as you know I am useless with this stupid piece of shit mod...

I attempted to install a ENB mod but GTA wouldn't start and no errors would show so I deleted the ENB. My GTA was then still fucked all objects were flashing so I re-installed GTA SA and this is what is happening to the new installed GTA SA.

No, and I don't want it because it's not possible to uninstall it.

Well normally this error appears when you got steam installed on your PC; can you check your gta sa directory if you got files like steam.[smthn]

Noticed that vorbisHooked.dll file is missing there; try to download it. if you need the original one PM me and i'll upload for you.
