Multiple things, let me list this here.
1.) News > while you're in a faction, you can see the news that the leaders of the faction posted.
2.) Members, Faction members has the ability to do this, it shows you howmany members of the faction are online, ( /fon is most of the time easier)
3.) Backup > The backup was used back in the days, when there was no localisation device, now you need to buy them in store, so it's out dated i think. It showed your faction members a location where you were, but now the localisation device does the job. wich can be purchased for $500.000 In game cash.
4.) Quary stock > shows you ( E.G) the amount of Fguns or Fbulets, wich people checking it all the time, to see if they have potential in doing burrito runs, ( Burrito runs, there is a guide somewhere about this.)
5.) Faction info > It shows you the faction message of the day, (known as FMOTD), also the Faction points (Fpoints), the amount of members online aswell as online, Fguns ( known as FactionGuns, faction members can take weapons from here IF one of the T0's (Leaders) has it open.
6.) War info > It shows you if any war is going on, ( now, Tattaglia and kemirov are in a war, you can see it when using /warinfo)
7.) Wiretransfer > Wire transfer is sending from you, to someone else money, ( E.G person X sends money to person X, wich can be done by any distance, but there will go some money away because of the tax.) This command is used alot.
The laptop is used alot by almost everyone, Especially faction members. ( This is almost a "Must Have" for faction members.)
The laptop can be bought in a 24/7 store, (/buy will show you any nearby 24/7 store)
