I can`t find my kill list i pressed f9 many times and still can`t find it

Are you using any mods? If so try to delete some of them and it will maybe work out.

Try to restart your computer or reinstall samp (that worked for me)

If it still dosen't work try to install the font again or gtaweap3.

thank you all restarted the pc and re-installed it`s ok now
