Reinstall windows

Can someone tell me how it works? Do i need to install a Windows with a CD-rom? or does the computer. It by hisself?

I don't know how to do it. And probally if i do it. It makes my computer faster isn't?

Well, you need the windows CD for it, an external Hard drive if you want to save some of your important files.

You can also use a USB stick to keep the bootleg files on. Just go into recovery/repair mode and run it.
