How i can see if it's accepted or not?
And if it's denied how i can see reason(s)?

Well i guess this thread must be moved to help&questions.
Anyway, if you are accepted,when you login you receive an O-PM(offline PM) from the server saying that you lost 500k for being accepted.
If denied, they will send you an OPM aswell but saying that you're denied and you need to put more effort.
