It appears Failed to verify launcher token 5 times. Please restart the launcher and try again. I dont know if its something wrong

Your internet is probably bad and it takes too much time connecting into the server, that causes "token" problem.

As you can see in the image thats what it appears, I have lost all the war and couldnt participate I doubt its the internet ive tried like 20 times since yesterday

I had this problem also but later on woot fixed an error on launcher and it worked just fine.
Try removing and re-downloading and installing the launcher again.
