Ok, so im 15 years old and dont have a credit card.My brother is 19 years old, so my question is.How can you create a Paypal account, does that cost money, what kind of credit card should you have to register a paypal account.I think its important to say that i live in Kosovo.

IN TUNISIA,to make a credit card,u have to pay,and u should pay about 30DT (15Euro)..But i'm surein Kosovo too u have to pay to make one,u also as i heard,when u're going to ddonate u have to pay some taxes and u get interests ofc.thats all ik

You can created a Paypal account if you use a proxy. Just make sure you have a World Wide credit card (Master Card, American Express)
