Right click on GTA_SA.exe and go to security, and make sure that SA-MP.EXE has access to GTA_SA.EXE
Also you can change your crack; it might help aswell..

Hmm, i got a similar problem so i wont bother to open a new thread, i've downloaded ENB and installed it and it was working perfectly for the first 15 mins In-Game, after those 15 minutes i got crashed and couldn't log in again, was getting always an error occur.
